This Policy applies to information we collect:

On our Platform, including all Healbetr Technologies websites and web-based tools.
In email, text, and other electronic messages between you and Healbetr Technologies.
Through mobile or desktop applications that provide direct interaction between you and Healbetr Technologies.

Healbetr Technologies offline or through other means, including any website operated by another Healbetr subsidiary or third party.
Any third party, including through applications or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from our Platform.

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform. We may update this Policy from time to time (see Changes to This Policy). Continued use of the Platform after we make changes means you accept those changes.

Children Under the Age of 18

Our Platform is not intended for children under 18 years of age. No one under 18 may provide any personal information to or on the Platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18.

If you are under 18, do not use or provide any information on this Platform or through any of its features. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 18 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information.

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

We collect several types of information from and about users of our Platform, including:

Personal Information: Name, email address, username, password, organization name, or other identifiers you provide to access Healbetr Technologies’ services.
Usage and Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device identifiers, operating system, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs, and general location.
Transactional and Communication Data: Requests, orders, messages, and correspondence you send to us.
Health or Practice-Related Data: Pain levels, symptom descriptions, wound photographs, medical history, step counts and physical activity data, and other health data entered by you or your healthcare provider. Your credit or debit card number is never collected or stored by Healbetr – all card entry is handled entirely within Stripe’s secure payment environment.
Documents: Insurance cards, prescriptions, and other medical documents you choose to upload.
Submitted voluntarily through our Platform’s provider and patient features, used only for the purposes disclosed at the time of collection.

We collect this information:

Directly from you when you create an account, submit forms, upload data, or communicate with us.
Automatically as you navigate our Platform, through cookies, analytics tools, and server logs.
Health or Practice-Related Data is submitted voluntarily through our Platform’s provider and patient features, used only for the purposes disclosed at the time of collection.

Information You Provide to Us

The information we collect on or through our Platform may include:

Information provided during registration or onboarding, including credentials and profile details.
Communications sent through the Platform, including support requests or feedback.
Data input by users in the course of using Healbetr Technologies’ applications, such as care plan notes, check-ins, analytics entries, or recovery tracking data.
Details of any transactions or activity logs related to account access or usage.

You may also provide data that appears in shared or collaborative features (such as provider-patient dashboards). You are responsible for ensuring that any data you upload complies with applicable laws, including HIPAA where applicable.

How We Use Your Information

We use information that we collect or that you provide, including personal information, to:

Operate, maintain, and improve our Platform and services.
Provide you with access to your account, dashboard, and analytics tools.
Facilitate communication between patients, providers, and administrators (where applicable).

How We Share Your Information

We share your personal information only as necessary to provide HealBetr’s services, with the following categories of third-party service providers:

● Healthcare Providers: We share your health information (symptoms, pain levels, wound photos, medical history) and personal identifiers (name, date of birth, contact information) with your treating healthcare providers to facilitate your clinical care.
● Insurance Verification Partners: We share your name, date of birth, and address with insurance eligibility verification companies to determine your coverage for products and services available through Healbetr.
● Payment Processor (Stripe): We use Stripe to securely process payments. Your credit or debit card information is entered directly into Stripe’s secure payment environment – Healbetr never receives or stores your card number or CVV. We receive only transaction metadata (such as purchase amount and order confirmation).
● Shipping and Logistics Partners (FedEx, Supreme Medical or others): We share your name and shipping address with fulfillment partners to deliver DME and medical supply orders.
● Analytics Provider (Sentry): We share device identifiers, crash logs, session replay data, and app performance diagnostics with Sentry for crash reporting and app stability monitoring. Sentry does not receive your health data, personal identifiers, or financial information.
All third-party service providers with whom we share data are contractually required to protect your information and to use it only for the specific purposes described above, providing the same or greater level of data protection as Healbetr.

Communications by phone, SMS, and email

We may use your contact information (such as your mobile number, telephone number, and email address) to communicate with you about:

your account and use of the Healbetr services (for example, verification codes, security alerts, and service updates);
your care and treatment, including reminders, instructions, and updates related to orders, wound‑care supplies, and remote monitoring; and
product or service updates that we believe may be relevant to you.

These communications may be delivered by SMS text message, phone call (including by autodialer where permitted by law), in‑app messages, or email. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of marketing SMS or calls at any time by following the instructions in those messages (for example, replying STOP to an SMS) or by contacting us at privacy@healbetr.com. You will continue to receive non‑marketing messages that are necessary for your use of the services or your care.

Artificial Intelligence and Third-Party AI Services

Healbetr does not send, transmit, or share any of your personal data – including health information – with any third-party artificial intelligence (AI) service, large language model (LLM), or machine learning platform. All data processing within Healbetr occurs on our own infrastructure. Your data is not used to train any AI or machine learning models.

If this practice changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain your explicit consent before sharing any personal data with a third-party AI service.

Your Rights and Choices

Access and Correction

You may access and update your personal information at any time by contacting us at privacy@healbetr.com.

Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your account and all associated personal data by contacting us at privacy @healbetr.com or through the app’s account settings. Upon receiving a verified deletion request, we will delete your personal information within 30 days, except where retention is required by applicable law or for legitimate medical record-keeping purposes.

Consent Withdrawal

You may withdraw your consent to data collection and sharing at any time by discontinuing use of the app and requesting account deletion. Please note that withdrawing consent may prevent us from providing certain services, including communication with your healthcare providers and order fulfillment.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our Platform uses cookies and similar technologies to improve functionality, analyze traffic, and understand user behavior.
You can adjust your browser settings to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are sent.
If you disable cookies, some parts of our Platform may not function properly.

Data Security

We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

All data transmitted between the Healbetr app and our servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security) encryption. All communications between our servers and third-party service providers are similarly encrypted. We require all third-party service providers to maintain security practices that provide the same or greater level of data protection as we maintain.

However, no online system or transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for any activity conducted under your account.

Access, Correction, and Deletion

You can access and update your personal information by logging into your account profile.

You may also contact privacy@healbetr.com to request correction, restriction, or deletion of your data.
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as recordkeeping or security.
